Spring Favorites // 2016

I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited for spring before (a long, freezing winter will do that to you). Today is actually my birthday and the 80° weather we’re having is the only gift I need!

In honor of the beautiful weather, I compiled my favorite spring items. Read on for my top picks!

Floral Swing Tank – $19.95, American Eagle
I know this is nothing new but I just love the shape of this tank. It’s actually offered in a ton of solid colors, but (surprisingly enough) I like that there’s more than one color in this version! Coming from me (#monochromeforlife), that’s a big deal.

Statement Necklace – $12.90, Forever21
It must be my allergies, because I’m actually gravitating towards colors this spring versus my usual uniform of black/denim/navy/white. I love the pastels of this necklace and it will look great with the high-necked tops of the season.

Striped Tee – $19.95, American Eagle Outfitters
This soft, flowy version of everyone’s favorite striped tee is ridiculously comfortable.

Chelsea Boots – $43, Office
These are the perfect way to bring Chelsea boots into the warmer months. They also go with everything.

Blouson Jumpsuit – $89, Dillard’s
I’m obsessed with all jumpsuits/rompers at the moment. It’s an entire outfit in one and this particular jumpsuit is comfortable and can be dressed up or down.

Button Up Denim Skirt – $19.97, American Eagle Outfitters
Button up skirts are also transitioning to spring fabrics, like this retro denim version. It will look great with tights and a sweater on colder days, and as the weather warms up (and stays warm!), ankle boots or sandals.

White Flare Jeans – $40.80, Nordstrom
I finally got a pair of flared white jeans and I’m obsessed with them. Must-have.

High Neck Shift Dress – $25, Topshop
The perfect LBD for spring. It’s a classic shift dress with a mod mock-neck.

Lace-Up Blouse – $14.90, Forever21
The 70’s are not going anywhere this spring, as evidenced by the abundance of lace-up peasant blouses. This is a more grandmother-appropriate version of some of the deeper necklines out there.

Superstar Shoes – $80, Adidas
Three-striped Adidas sneakers are 100% back in style. They go with everything and are so comfortable.

Bell Sleeved Blouse – $45, Chicwish
I first saw this top over at Keiko Lynn and I’ve been dreaming of it ever since. The powder blue color is just beautiful.
